About Attorney Craig

David R. Craig received his J.D. from Franklin Pierce Law Center in 1996. Attorney Craig maintains a solo Trusts & Estates law practice, with formal board certification in Elder Law. His practice is exclusively limited to the areas of estate planning, probate administration, guardianship, public benefits law, special needs disability planning, and general elder law issues.

Attorney Craig is licensed to practice law in New Hampshire and the Federal District Court.

He is a member of the Elder Law, Estate Planning & Probate section of NH Bar Association, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the National Elder Law Foundation, the NH Estate Planning Council, and most recently, a founding member and current President of the NH Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.

Attorney Craig presently serves as the Chairman of the New Boston Zoning Board of Adjustment, and is a former Director and Vice President of the Animal Rescue League of NH.
