David R. Craig received his J.D. from Franklin Pierce Law Center, now UNH School of Law, in 1996. Attorney Craig is the principal of a small firm Trusts & Estates law practice in New Boston, New Hampshire. He is formally board certified in Elder Law by the National Elder Law Foundation since 2005, recertified in 2010, and is AV Rated by Martindale Hubble. His practice is exclusively limited to the areas of estate planning, probate administration, guardianship, public benefits law, veterans' pension programs, special needs disability planning, and general elder law issues. Attorney Craig is licensed to practice law in the State of New Hampshire, the Federal District Court (District of New Hampshire), and the US Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.
He is an active member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the NH Estate Planning Council, a founding member and past President of the NH Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, and past Chair of the Elder Law, Estate Planning & Probate section of NH Bar Association. Attorney Craig additionally serves as the Chairman of the New Boston Zoning Board of Adjustment, and is a former Director and Vice President of the Animal Rescue League of NH.
